In this work, we developed a test station for concealed hinges life testing. In the introductory chapter, the importance of testing is described and the definition of this work is defined. Basic kinematics of concealed hinges is explained in theoretical part and further the standard SIST EN 15570 is precisely described. Additionally the review of accelerated testing methods is presented and their importance in the development of new products. On the base of the functional structure and morphological matrix, three concepts were designed which were in the next step evaluated according to the selected criteria. Calculations of critical elements were conducted, specifically, power of the drive electricmotor and the analysis of static load at critical sections. Finally, we created technical documentation for the whole test station.
