Abstract
V magistrskem delu sem se ukvarjala s tematiko kadrovske analitike. Za dobro delovanje podjetja je ključnega pomena, da je v strateški plan vključena tudi kadrovska funkcija, ki pa lahko z uporabo kadrovske analitike še dodatno izboljša svoj doprinos v podjetju. V ta namen sem v magistrskem delu opredelila kadrovsko analitiko ter njeno uporabo v različnih kadrovskih praksah, ki so pomembne pri strateškem kadrovanju podjetja. Izpostavila sem tako določene prednosti, kakor tudi izzive, na katere je potrebno biti pri vpeljevanju kadrovske analitike še posebej pozoren. V drugi polovici magistrske naloge, sem se na eni strani pogovarjala s ponudniki kadrovskih informacijskih sistemov, ki nudijo podporo sistemske rešitve pri kadrovski analitiki. Po drugi strani sem se pogovarjala s predstavniki podjetij t.i. uporabniki kadrovske analitike. Magistrska naloga temelji predvsem na pregledu obstoječe literature in lastnem empiričnem delu, ki je nastal s sodelovanjem s tremi ponudniki ter predstavniki enajstih slovenskih podjetji, ki sem jih vključila v vzorec pri raziskovanju.

Title:Challenges of human resource analytics
Abstract:
In my master thesis, I aimed to present the topic of human resource analytics (HR analytics). For best functioning of any company, it is crucial that its strategic plan contains also human resource function, which can further improve its contribution to the company with the use of human resource analytics. For this purpose, I have first defined what HR analytics is and its usage in different personnel practices, which are important in the strategic human resource management. I have highlighted advantages as well as challenges that needs to be taken into account when introducing HR analytics. In the second part of master thesis on one hand, I talked with providers of HR information systems, which offer support for the system solution for HR analytics. On the other hand, I talked with representatives of companies or so-called users of HR analytics. Master thesis are primarily based on the review of existing literature and own empirical work, which was created in cooperation with three providers of HR information system and representatives of eleven Slovenian companies, which were included in the survey sample.
