The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the functioning existing system for cleaning closed systems, and in the second part, the analysis and calculation of the heating element, as a part of the system upgrade. In the first part are for easier understanding presented theoretical basis of the device, the possibilities and functions of which can be performed with the device, operation and selection of the right centrifugal pump and the way of use in production in the process of beer production. The second part describes the process of preparing the measuring track, the presentation of the used measuring equipment and the execution of measurements of the existing system in the brewery. In the last section are displayed and described the results of the measurements. Within the last part there are also calculations made and a display of the flow of temperatures is carried out, in case of the installation of the heating element in the washing system. Solutions and suggestions are described in order to increase efficiency and reduce costs in the washing process.
