Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljen razvoj preprostega digitalnega fotoapa- rata z uporabo sodobnega sistema na čipu. Prvi del opisuje orodja za progra- miranje vgrajenih sistemov, v nadaljevanju pa je opisano delovanje strojne opreme in razvoj programske opreme. Na koncu je prikazan še primer ob- delave slike, z implementacijo algoritma za rezanje šivov. Izdelek temelji na razvojni plošči STM32F7 Discovery, ki vsebuje mikrokrmilnik s proce- sorskim jedrom ARM Cortex-M7. Za zajem slike je uporabljen razširitveni modul STM32F4-DIS-CAM. Ta vsebuje kamero s CMOS slikovnim senzor- jem OV966. Program je napisan v programskem jeziku C, uporabljene pa so tudi knjižnice HAL, BSP in FatFS.

Title:A simple digital camera on the STM32F7 Discovery embedded system
Abstract:
The thesis introduces the process of developing a simple digital camera using a modern system on chip. First part describes the tools for the development of embedded systems, followed by the description of hardware internals and software development. Lastly, an example of image manipulation is shown, by implementing the seam-carving algorithm. The camera is based on a STM32F7 Discovery development board, powered by a microcontroller with an ARM Cortex-M7 processor core. Expansion module STM32F4-DIS-CAM is used for image capture. It contains a camera with a CMOS image sensor OV966. The software is written in C programming language, using HAL, BSP and FatFs libraries.
