Abstract
Polžna gonila so en izmed uveljavljenih tipov zobniških prenosnikov moči, ki so v široki rabi v tehniški praksi. Cilj zaključne naloge je predstaviti postopke zasnove in vrednotenja polžnega gonila na primeru pogona vitla. Preračuni so izvedeni po uveljavljenih standardih DIN in ISO. V prvem delu določimo vse geometrijske veličine polža in polžnika. V drugem delu vrednotimo zobniški prenos glede na znane tipe obrab, deformacij in temperaturne vplive. V tretjem delu so vrednoteni tudi vsi ležaji in gredi, kar dokaže verodostojnost konstrukcije. Priložena je tudi sestavna risba gonila.

Title:Design and evaluation of a worm gearbox driving a winch
Abstract:
Worm gearboxes are well-known gear power transmissions, often found in technical practice. The goal of this work is to present procedures of design and evaluation of a worm gearbox that drives a winch. Calculations are based on reputable DIN and ISO standards. Firstly we define all geometric values of the worm and the worm wheel. Secondly, we evaluate gearbox based on known types of wear, deformations and temperature influences. Finally, we evaluate other gear drive elements, such as bearings and shafts, which finally proves the credibility of the transmission. There are also a drawing of the transmission and two part drawings attached.
