Uvedba računalniškega programa za evidentiranje meril

V obravnavani zaključni nalogi smo preučili proces merjenja, vplive nanj in merilno strategijo. V nadaljevanju smo se posvetili analizi merilnih sistemov, katero smo nato tudi izvedli na primeru enega variabilnega merilnega sredstva ter enega atributivnega merilnega sredstva. Opisali smo kako se pravilno izvede obe analizi. Podrobno smo se posvetili variacijam pri analizi variabilnih merilnih sredstev. Nato smo se lotili metodologije raziskave, kjer smo opisali merilno urico ter merilni trn na katerih smo opravili analizo. V zaključni nalogi je predstavljen tudi program RQM, ki smo ga uvedli za računalniško evidentiranje meril.

Abstract

In the final task, we examined the measurement process, its impact on it and the measurement strategy. In the following we devoted ourselves to the analysis of measurement systems, which we then carried out on the case of one variable measuring instrument and one attributive measuring instrument. We have described how to perform both analyzes correctly. We devoted more detail to variations in the analysis of variable measuring systems. Then we started the methodology of the research, where we described the measuring indicator and the gage block on which we performed the analysis. The final task was also to present the RQM program, which was introduced for the computer recording of gauges.
