Abstract
Namen diplomske naloge je zasnovati in izdelati kontrolno pripravo, s pomočjo katere se kontrolira soosnost obdelanega aluminijastega ulitka. Glede na osnovne zahteve naročnika je bila izdelana zasnova kontrolne priprave. Sama zasnova mora poleg zahtev naročnika v obzir vzeti tudi izvedljivost same izdelave ter končno funkcionalnost priprave. S pomočjo klasičnih in CNC obdelovalnih strojev so bili izdelani vsi sestavni deli kontrolne priprave, le te smo sestavili v delujočo in funkcionalno pripravo. Pred predajo kontrolne priprave naročniku smo pripravo še analizirali s pomočjo analize merilnih sistemov. Analiza je bila izvedena na 6 vzorcih s 3 merilci in 3 ponovitvami. Rezultati meritev in analiza merilnih sistemov so podali končno uporabnost in funkcionalnost zasnovane ter izdelane kontrolne priprave.

Title:Device fabrication for testing the concentricity of machined aluminum casting
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to design and fabricate a testing device with which the concentricity of machined aluminum casting is measured and controlled. Based on the basic customer`s demands, the testing device`s design was made. The overall functionality and the ability to be fabricated must be taken into consideration. All the components for the device were made with hand operated and CNC machines, which were later assembled into fully functional testing device. Before the testing device was handed over to the customer, we analyzed the device with Measuring System Analysis. The analysis was made on 6 samples, with 3 different appraisers and with 3 repeats on every sample. The results and the analysis made a final statement about the overall functionality of the designed and made testing device.
