Abstract
Pri orodju za tlačno litje vedno naletimo na problem hlajenja orodja. Ker smo s konvencionalnimi načini precej omejeni, smo izdelali konstrukcijo z alternativnim načinom hlajenja. Izdelali smo numerično analizo in ustreznost robnih pogojev validirali na podlagi meritev temperatur na orodju. Analizo temperatur na obstoječi konstrukciji smo primerjali z alternativno in nato ta model še dodatno optimirali.

Title:
Alternative method of cooling die casting inserts
Abstract:
With the die casting tool, we always encounter the problem of cooling the tool. Since conventional ways are quite limited, we have constructed a design with an alternative cooling method. We made a numerical analysis and the validity of the boundary conditions was validated based on the measurements of the temperatures on the tool. The analysis of the temperatures on the existing construction was compared with the alternative, and then this model was further optimized.
