The graduation thesis represents cadastre and land registry at registration of real properties with a proposal for harmonize real property registers in the area of the reservoir lake Klivnik. The existing land cadastre situation and proposal of merging of existing parcels into the water, land according to presented cadastral municipalities: Hrušica, Podbeže, Tominje and Zajelšje all in the municipality of Ilirska Bistrica. By combining parcels with respect to cadastral municipalities, new water and land is created, which are in accordance with the accumulation situation. Described is legislation at the time of formation of the accumulation (40 years ago), which was also the basis for expropriations and transfers of ownership. The current legislation serves as a proposal for the regulation of the new situation.
