Abstract
Obločno navarjanje z dodajanjem žice je postopek, ki ima velik potencial za obsežno uporabo v industriji. Omogoča hitro izdelavo prototipov, enostavnejše načrtovanje in izdelavo objektov velikih dimenzij ter velik prihranek materiala v primerjavi s konvencionalnimi metodami izdelovanja. V nalogi so predstavljeni teoretično ozadje obločnega navarjanja z žico, postopki, ki se uporabljajo za navarjanje ter njihove variacije. Raziskovali smo, kako spreminjanje procesnih parametrov vpliva na gradnjo izdelka, ter preko preizkusov skušali določiti tehnološko okno za uporabljan material. Zanimal nas je tudi vpliv zaščitnega plina in varilnega programa na geometrijo navarjenih varkov in izkoristekmateriala. Ugotovili smo, da je gradnja izdelkov pri ustreznem izboru procesnih parametrov izvedljiva, vendar bi za natančnejšo določitev tehnološkega okna morali izvesti več preizkusov in upoštevati ostale vplivne parametre, npr. medvarkovna temperatura, masa plošče, temperatura osnovnega materiala pred začetkom varjenja. S spreminjanjem varilnega programa in zaščitnega plina smo izboljšali izkoristek materiala ter valovitost sten vzorcev.

Title:Influence of process parameters on weld surfacing using WAAM with filler wire G 19 12 3 LSi
Abstract:
Wire arc additive manufacturing is a process with a huge potential for massive applications in industry. It enables easier planning and it's capable of building objects of larger dimensions in comparison to conventional manufacturing processes. Theoretical background and processes used for this type of manufacturing are presented in this thesis. We investigated the influences of process parameters on manufacturing in such manner and deducted a technological window for our welding material, welding programme and shielding gas. We investigated the influence of welding gases and welding programmes on results. We came to a conclusion that wire arc additive manufacturing with our set up is possible, however further investigation is required to set the technological window properly. Preheating of base plate should be taken into account as a process parameter for further investigation. With changing the welding programmes and welding gas achieved significant improvements in material efficiency and wall quality.
