SIST EN ISO 3834 standard provides quality requirements for melting welding of metallic materials. Part of the standard SIST EN ISO 3834-3 which is introduced into the company, defines the standard quality requirements both in the workshop and in the field. The introduction of a quality system into a small company is a major task, all employees must be involved in this process, and they must fulfill their obligations in a qualitative manner.
In the master's thesis the standard and individual parts of standard are presented. It is explained why we introduced the exact third part of the SIST EN ISO 3834 standard into the company. All requirements of the standard are presented and the process of implementing standard into the company is described. The situation is presented prior to the introduction of the standard, the state after the introduction and changes at the level of the company that arose as a result of introducing the standard into the company. In thesis all the challenges and issues we met while implementing standard into company are described. Major practical shortcomings which need to be changed in the company are described, so that it will be easier and better to ensure the production of products of the appropriate quality according to requirements of the client.
