Abstract
V okviru preučevanja fungicidnih lastnosti hidrofilnih ekstraktivov lesa navadne robinije (Robinia pseudoacacia L.) smo raziskali vsebnost hidrofilnih ekstraktivov, vsebnost celokupnih fenolov ter vsebnost robinetina (Rob) in dihidrorobinetina (DHR). Preučili pa smo tudi antioksidativni potencial ekstraktov. Ekstraktive smo iz lesa robinije pridobili s Soxhletovo ekstrakcijo, pri čemer smo kot topilo uporabili mešanico acetona in vode. Pridobljene ekstrakte smo nadalje analizirali z UV-VIS-spektrofotometrom, s katerim smo določili vsebnost celokupnih fenolov. Detajlna analiza ekstraktov lesa robinije je potekala na sistemu za tekočinsko kromatografijo visoke ločljivosti (HPLC). Kvalitativno in kvantitativno smo ovrednotili DHR in Rob. Inhibitoren učinek ekstraktivov robinije na rast gliv razkrojevalk smo določili z mini blok testom (modificiran protokol EN 113), ki določa učinkovitost biocidnih proizvodov za zaščito lesa glede na izgubo mase vzorcev lesa zaradi delovanja gliv razkrojevalk. Antioksidativno aktivnost ekstraktivov jedrovine robinije smo določili spektrofotometrično. Ugotovili smo, da je pri mlajših delih jedrovine večja vsebnost hidrofilnih ekstraktov, celokupnih fenolov, Rob in DHR, kot v starejših delih jedrovine. Vsebnost hidrofilnih ekstraktov v lesu navadne robinije je večja v zgornjem delu debla kot v spodnjem delu debla. V primerjavi s tkivom jedrovine vsebujejo tkiva beljave in skorje manj hidrofilnih ekstraktov, celokupnih fenolov, Rob in DHR. Jedrovinski ekstraktivi robinije zavirajo rast navadne tramovke (Gloeophyllum trabeum) in pisane ploskocevke (Trametes versicolor). Dokazali smo, da ima ekstrakt jedrovine robinije poleg fungicidnih učinkov tudi visok antioksidativen potencial.

Title:Fungicidal proprties of hydrophilic extracts of black locust wood (Robinia pseudoacacia L.)
Abstract:
In the study of fungicidal properties of hydrophilic extracts of Robinia pseudoacacia L. wood, the content of hydrophilic extracts, the content of total phenols and the content of robinetin (Rob) and dihydrorobinetin (DHR) were evaluated. The antioxidant potential of extracts was also studied. For obtaining hydrophilic extracts Soxhlet extraction with an acetone/water solvent was used. The extracts were further analysed with the UV-VIS spectrophotometer, where the content of the total phenols was determined. Detailed analysis of the robinia wood extractives was carried out on a system for high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Rob and DHR were qualitatively and quantitatively evaluated. The inhibitory effect of robinia extracts on the growth of wood-decay fungi was determined according to the mini blok test (modified protocol EN 113), which determines the effectiveness of wood protection in view of the loss of mass of wood samples due to the action of the fungus. The antioxidant activity of the robinia heartwood extracts was determined spectrophotometrically. Younger parts of the heartwood had higher content of hydrophilic extracts, total phenols, Rob and DHR, as compared to older parts. The content of hydrophilic extractives in the robinia wood is higher in the upper parts than the lower parts of the trunk. Sapwood and bark contain less hydrophilic extractives, total phenols, Rob and DHR than heartwood. Heartwood robinia extracts inhibit growth of the Gloeophyllum trabeum and Trametes versicolor. We have proven that apart from fungicidal effects, the extract of the robinia heartwood also has a high antioxidant potential.
