Vrednotenje rezultatov numeričnih simulacij hidravlične naprave

Numerični programi so nepogrešljivi za preračune vplivov različnih parametrov na delovanje hidravlične naprave. Diplomsko delo predstavi delovanje in uporabo programa Easy5. Vključuje tudi kako gradnike definiramo in povežemo med seboj ter nastavitve simulacij. Pokazali bomo hidravlični sistem ki smo ga uporabili za merjenje vrednosti. Numerični model bomo primerjali z enostavnim hidravličnim sistemom. Predstavili bomo rezultate in jih komentirali. Rezultati so bili pričakovani, saj z numeričnim modelom ne dobimo popolnoma enakih vrednosti kot so merjene.

• Title: Validation of numerical simulations of hydraulic device

Abstract

Numerical software is indispensable in calculating effects of various parameters on the operation of a hydraulic device. The thesis presents the operation and use of the Easy5 software package. Included are the defining of the components, connections among them, as well as simulation settings. A hydraulic system that was used to measure values is presented. The numeric model is compared with a simple hydraulic system. The results are presented and commented on. The results of the research were expected, because with the numeric model cannot provide equal values to the measured ones.
