Abstract
Namen diplomske naloge je raziskati sposobnost procesa struženja s pomočjo internega obrazca v podjetju in ta obrazec posodobiti, preurediti in primerjati z zanesljivim programskim okoljem. Nesimetričen ulitek se obdeluje v dveh operacijah. Prva operacija je struženje, na kateri je bila izvedena SPC analiza, druga operacija pa je vrtanje. Kupec na izdelku, ki je bil spremljan skozi diplomsko nalogo, zahteva stoodstotne meritve celotne serije na 3D koordinatnem merilnem stroju. Zato smo napisali tudi nov merilni protokol, ki se osredotoča na najpomembnejše karakteristike izdelka. Na izdelku sta bili spremljani dve karakteristiki, ki sta naročniku zelo pomembni. Meritve so bile vnesene v interni obrazec, za katerega se ni vedelo, ali je dovolj natančen in zanesljiv. Zato smo obrazec preuredili in posodobili ter rezultate primerjali z računalniškim programom GausSPC. Na podlagi rezultatov smo podali tudi predloge za nadaljnje delo.

Title:
Turning process capability study of the asymmetric cast part
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to research the capability of the process with the help of the internal form in the company, and to update, reorganize and compare this form with a reliable program environment. Non-symmetric cast part is processed in two operations. The first one, on which the SPC analysis was performed, is turning, and the second one is drilling. One hundred percent measurements of the whole series on the 3D coordinate measurement machine are demanded on the product by the customer. This is why we have written a new measurement program that focuses on the most important characteristics of the product. Two characteristics that are very important to the customer were followed. The measurements were entered into an internal form for which it was uncertain whether it is precise and reliable enough. This is why the form has been reorganized and updated, besides that the results have been compared to the computer program GausSPC. Based on the results suggestions for the future work have been proposed.
