Abstract
V magistrskem delu je predstavljen predlog ureditve preskrbe s pitno vodo in odvod odpadnih voda v naselju Strmec na Predelu. Po terenskem ogledu in podrobnejši analizi naselja smo ugotovili, da slednje nima primerno urejene oskrbe in distribucije pitne vode, odvod odpadne komunalne vode pa je urejen z individualnimi greznicami. V Uredbi o odvajanju in čiščenju komunalne odpadne vode (Uradni list RS, št. 98/15) je določeno, da je slednje potrebno odstraniti in jih nadomestiti z MKČN, najpozneje do 31. 12. 2023. Ob upoštevanju obstoječega stanja komunalne infrastrukture, demografskih, hidroloških, topografskih in naravnih značilnosti naselja, smo z ustreznimi izračuni in dobljenimi rezultati dimenzionirali nov vodovodni in kanalizacijski sistem ter podali idejne rešitve za izboljšanje trenutnega stanja oskrbe. V predstavljenem predlogu ureditve preskrbe s pitno vodo smo za dezinfekcijo zajete vode analizirali dve varianti, in sicer pripravo pitne vode s pomočjo klorovega dioksida in UV sevanja. Za čiščenje komunalne odpadne vode iz naselja pa smo predstavili tri variante skupne male komunalne čistilne naprave (rastlinsko čistilno napravo, SBR biološko čistilno napravo in MBR čistilno napravo).Na koncu predloga ureditve smo opravili stroškovno analizo, s katero smo ovrednotili investicijo, obratovalne in vzdrževalne stroške posameznega segmenta ter izbrali ekonomsko najugodnejšo varianto. Temu je sledila še ocena celotne investicije predloga ureditve komunalne infrastrukture naselja Strmec na Predelu, ki obsega izgradnjo novega vodovodnega in kanalizacijskega sistema, pripravo pitne vode, čiščenje odpadne komunalne vode v izbrani mali komunalni čistilni napravi in preplastitev cestišča.

Title:
Proposal on drinking water supply management and waste water discharge in the village of Strmec na Predelu : master thesis
Abstract:
The master’s thesis presents a proposal on drinking water supply management and waste water discharge in the village of Strmec na Predelu. Following a field visit and a more detailed analysis of the settlement, we found that the village does not have a proper drinking water supply and distribution, whereas urban waste water is drained into individual cesspools. However, the Decree on the discharge and treatment of urban waste water (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No 98/15) states that individual cesspools should be removed and replaced with small waste water treatment plants by 31 December 2023. Taking into account the existing community infrastructure as well as demographic, hydrological, topographical and natural characteristics of the village, we dimensioned new water and sewage systems and provided some solutions to improve the current situation of drinking water supply. Two variants for the disinfection of collected water using chlorine dioxide and UV treatment were analysed in the presented proposal on drinking water supply management. We also presented three variants of a shared small waste water treatment plant for urban waste water treatment (constructed wetland, SBR biological treatment plant, and MBR treatment plant).The last part of the proposal presents a cost analysis evaluating the investment, the costs of running and maintenance of every individual segment, and economically most advantageous variant. Last but not least, the proposal for the entire investment regarding urban waste water infrastructure in the village of Strmec na Predelu, which encompasses the construction of new water and sewage systems, drinking water production, urban waste water treatment using the chosen small waste water treatment plant and road resurfacing, was also evaluated.
