Abstract
Prisotnost manipulacije izdelkov z robotom je v avtomobilski industriji zelo pogost pojav. Z robotizacijo se dosega zahteve za zmanjševanje neustreznih izdelkov, kateri so posledica manipulacije delavca, ki poslužuje stroj. V uvodnem delu naloge sem predstavil robote in načine manipulacije. Opisal sem trenutno delovno mesto in predstavil cilje naloge. V naslednjem poglavju sem opisal orodja, ki sem jih uporabil med izvajanjem naloge, predstavljena so programska orodja in mehanska orodja. Tretje poglavje sem namenil načrtovanju manipulacije izdelkov. Opisal sem, kako je organizirano testno delovno mesto, kako sem načrtoval prste, namenjene za odvzem izdelkov z odlagalne mize. Predstavil sem tudi ekonomičnost robotizacije delovnega mesta. V četrtem, zadnjem poglavju, sem predstavil rezultate, ki sem jih pridobil z izvedbo eksperimenta. Z robotom pridobljeni rezultati so primerjani z obstoječimi rezultati, ki jih trenutno dosegamo v proizvodnji.

Title:Manipulation of injection moulded plastic semi-products for light bodies
Abstract:
The manipulation of products with the robot is a very common phenomenon in the automotive industry. Robotization is complying with the requirements for reducing number of inadequate products, which are the result of the manipulation of the worker who serves the machine. In the introductory part of the there are presented robots in general and some solutions in manipulation. Described is the current workplace, in a company, presented are the objectives of the task. In the next section are described the tools used during the implementation of the task. Mentioned are software tools and mechanical tools. The third chapter is devoted to the planning of product manipulation. Explained is organization and set up a test workplace, the solution and design of the fingers that grap products from the storage table. In sequence is also presented the economics of job robotization. In the fourth, last chapter, are presented the results obtained during experimention. Various manipulation times are compared with the existing human based results that are currently achieved in production.
