Abstract
Do zahtevane hrapavosti površine smo najprej poskušali priti z izbiro rezalnega materiala.

Title:
The analysis of the machiniability of copper alloys with the process of micromilling
Abstract:
The thesis encompasses an overview of scientific literature in the scope of milling, micromilling and cutting materials as well as machinability of copper and copper alloys. The problem of micro machinability and the failure in reaching the required surface roughness is presented. The experimental side where the experiments were conducted is described. In the experimental part, attempts to reach the required surface roughness with the milling of copper alloys were made. First it was attempted to achieve the required surface roughness with the choice of cutting material, continuing with the analysis of the machining strategies. The presented results showed that the process of micromilling has several advantages, compared to the conventional machining strategies, not only because of its geometric precision, but also in the quality of the processed surfaces.
