Abstract
V zadnjem času se v avtomobilih uporablja dodatek AdBlue® za čistejše izpuste, zato potrebujemo črpalko, odporno na omenjeno kapljevino. Diplomsko delo raziskuje možnosti izdelave črpalke iz umetnih materialov. V delu je predstavljena zasnova nove zobniške črpalke z zunanjim ozobjem, na kateri so izvedene numerične simulacije, na koncu pa so predstavljeni rezultati. Dobljeni rezultati so pričakovani zaradi same velikosti črpalke.

Title:Design of a polymer hydraulic gear pump
Abstract:
Recently the AdBlue® additive is used in cars for cleaner emissions, therefore a pump resistant to this liquid is needed. This diploma thesis explores the possibilities of producing such pumps from plastic materials. A new design of an external gear pump is presented in the thesis, with numerical simulations performed on it and results presented as the final stage. The results obtained are as expected due to the size of the pump itself.
