Abstract

Title:elements of balance in rythmic gymnastics
Abstract:
In this thesis we presented in detail the three balance elements that are most commonly performed in rhythmic gymnastics; the so called “passé” balance, the “kozak” balance and high rise on the toes. The aim of the thesis was to describe in detail the correct technical execution of these elements and to present you with some training methods that would contribute to better physical condition of competitors and consequently to a more precise execution of the considered balance elements. Since the thesis is of a monographic type, the main method of work was descriptive, we have summed up the professional literature in the field of balance in rhythmic gymnastics, and I also included some suggestions for the improvement of the established training process of rhythmic gymnasts. For this reason, the thesis would also serve as a starting point for further research in this field
