Abstract
Diplomsko delo opisuje razvoj rešitve elektronskega beleženja podatkov v optometriji. Rešitev je poimenovana Helios EOS. Elektronski karton omogoča beleženje ročnih, vizualnih in elektronskih meritev v skupno podatkovno obliko. Rešitev je grajena modularno in omogoča dinamično spreminjanje uporabe aplikacije, za namen različnih profilov uporabnikov - optometristov. Aplikacija podpira večjezično delovanje in možnost uporabe na windows tabličnih računalnikih. Omogoča dodajanje novih ali odstranjevanje obstoječih modulov posameznih meritev – metod. Uporabniški vmesnik tablične verzije je namenjen mobilnejši uporabi rešitve in je v osnovi izvedenka stacionarne verzije programa z dinamičnimi metodami izrisa ekranskih mask. Aplikacija je napisana v programskem okolju Delphi in uporablja podatkovno bazo MSSQL.

Title:Digital cardboard in optometry, conversion of manual, visual and electronic measurements of visual perception in a common electronic data format
Abstract:
The diploma work describes the development of an electronic data recording solution in optometry. The solution is called Helios EOS. The digital cardboard enables the recording of manual, visual and electronic measurements into a common data format. The solution is built modularly and enables flexible changes of the application for different user profiles - optometrists. The application supports multilingual operation and can be used on Windows tablets. Furthermore, it enables the user to add new or remove existing modules of individual measurements – methods. The tablet version of the user interface is designed for mobile use of the solution and is basically a version of the stationary version of the program with dynamic methods of displaying screen masks. The application is written in the Delphi program environment and uses the MSSQL database.
