Abstract
Magistrsko delo vsebuje razvoj filtrirno sušilne tlačne posode Nutsche, ki se uporablja za mehansko obdelavo aktivnih učinkovin v farmacevtski industriji. V uvodnem delu naloge smo predstavili cilje naloge, teoretično ozadje trdnostnega preračuna tlačne posode, specifikacije uporabniških zahtev in dobro proizvodno prakso. Omenili smo tudi zakonodajo o tlačni opremi in zakonodajo ATEX. V nadaljevanju smo posodo zasnovali in jo vrednotili po nemškem standardu AD2000. Poleg posode smo z analitičnimi in numeričnimi pristopi vrednotili tudi glavne sestavne sklope. Na koncu smo primerjali rezultate analitičnega in numeričnega pristopa ter predstavili konstrukcijske rešitve na sestavu celotne naprave. Napravo smo zasnovali v 3D programskem okolju in zanjo izdelali tehnično dokumentacijo.

Title:Development of the Nutsche filter drying pressure vessel
Abstract:
The master thesis includes development of the Nutsche filter drying pressure vessel, which is used for mechanical treatment of active ingredients in pharmaceutical industry. In introduction of the thesis we presented objectives of task, theoretical background of pressure vessel calculation, specifications of user requirements and good manufacturing practice. We also mentioned pressure equipment directive and directive ATEX. Furthermore, the pressure vessel was designed and evaluated according the German standard AD2000. Beside the pressure vessel, main components were also evaluated using analytical and numerical approaches. In the end, we compared the results of analytical and numerical approaches and presented design solutions on the complete assembly. We designed the device in a 3D program and produced a technical documentation for it.
