Abstract
Magistrsko delo opisuje razvoj sistema za avtomatizirano nanašanje ločilnih sredstev v procesu vulkanizacije transportnih trakov. Na podlagi zahtev, želja in priporočil smo predstavili ideje in koncepte, ki smo jih kvantitativno ocenili in vrednotili ter medsebojno primerjali. Med predstavljenimi koncepti smo izbrali najustreznejšo rešitev. Ključne strojne elemente smo preverili s statičnimi in trdnostnimi preračuni. Na podlagi preračunov in priporočil smo dimenzionirali glavne sestavne elemente sistema in izdelali njihove 3D modele. V zaključku dela so predstavljeni celostna rešitev, 3D model celotnega sistema, ocena stroškov in delovanje sistema za avtomatizirano nanašanje ločilnih sredstev na etaže vulkanizacijske stiskalnice. Na koncu smo predstavljene rezultate dela argumentirali in obrazložili, zakaj je investicija v avtomatiziran sistem nanašanja ločilnih sredstev upravičena.

Title:
Development of handling device for applying release agents in the process of vulcanisation
Abstract:
This thesis describes the development of automated system for applying release agents in the process of vulcanisation of conveyor belts. Based on requests, recommendations and demands ideas and concepts are presented, which were qualitatively assessed and valued as well as compared and contrasted. The most appropriate solution is chosen among the given concepts. The key mechanic elements were checked through statistical equations and solidity analysis. Based on these calculations and recommendations the main parts of the system were dimensioned and their 3D models made. In the last part of this thesis, the comprehensive solution is presented: the 3D model of the entire system, the expenses assessment and the functioning of the system for automated application of release agents on the levels of the vulcanization press. In the end, the results are supported with various arguments and the justification for investing in the automated system for applying the release agents is presented.
