Analiza toplotnega odziva stavbnega pohištva Vile Zlatica in predlog prenove : magistrsko delo

Abstract
Zmanjšanje rabe energije in povečanje deleža rabe energije iz obnovljivih virov v stavbnem sektorju sta pomembna ukrepa za zmanjšanje energetske odvisnosti Slovenije in emisij toplogrednih plinov. Raba energije v stavbah predstavlja približno 40 % skupne rabe energije v Evropski Uniji, kar nakazuje na izjemno velik potencial za varčevanje z energijo. Skladno s ciljem Trajnostne urbane strategije Mestne občine Ljubljana se je leta 2016 začel projekt »Prenova Vile Zlatica«. Njegov glavni cilj je celovita prenova stavbe z ohranitvijo izvornih delov v čim večji meri, saj je stavba klasificirana kot nepremična kulturna dediščina. Vila Zlatica je stavba v kateri je živel nekdanji ljubljanski župan Ivan Hribar in kot taka predstavlja simbol kulturnega pomena. V sklopu magistrske naloge sem analizirala možne energijske ukrepe na stavbnem pohištvu (okna in vrata) v zunanjem ovoju stavbe. Prvi del naloge obsega detajlne izmere dimenzij obravnavanih elementov stavbnega pohištva na objektu. Drugi del naloge obravnava izračun toplotnih prehodnosti obravnavanega stavbnega pohištva v izvornem stanju ter opis in analizo različnih ukrepov za izboljšanje njihovih toplotnih lastnosti. Za analizo toplotnega odziva sem izbrala tri različne energijske ukrepe, katerih učinek sem primerjala glede na toplotne prehodnosti elementov v izvornem stanju. Toplotne prehodnosti vseh elementov so izračunane s pomočjo programov THERM 7.6 in WINDOW 7.6, skladno s standardoma ISO 10077-1 in ISO 10077-2. V tretjem delu naloge je predstavljena analiza rezultatov toplotnega odziva stavbnega pohištva pri različnih ukrepih. Na koncu naloge, na podlagi rezultatov celotne analize toplotnega odziva stavbnega pohištva in obstoječih kulturno-varstvenih omejitev, predlagam končni nabor ukrepov za energijsko prenovo stavbnega pohištva v sklopu celotnega projekta prenove Vile Zlatica.

Title:Thermal response analysis and renovation proposal of fenestration in Vila Zlatica : master thesis
Abstract:
Reducing energy use and increasing the share of renewable energy use in the building sector are important measures to reduce Slovenia's energy dependence and greenhouse gas emissions. Energy use in buildings represents nearly 40 % of total energy use in the European Union, which indicates an extremely high energy saving potential. In accordance with the Sustainable Urban Strategy of the City of Ljubljana, the project "Renovation of Vila Zlatica" started in 2016. Its main goal is a complete renovation of the building with preservation of the original parts in a greatest possible extent, since the building is classified as a cultural heritage. Vila Zlatica represents a symbol of great cultural significance, also because it used to be a home of the former mayor of Ljubljana, Ivan Hribar. In my master thesis I am focusing on the analysis of possible energy measures applied to widnows/doors in the outer envelope of the building. The first part of the thesis includes detailed measurements of the discussed building furniture elements. The second part of the thesis deals with the calculation of the thermal transmittance of windows/doors in their original state, as well as the description and analysis of various measures in order to improve their thermal properties. For the analysis of the thermal response I have chosen three different energy measures, the effect of which is compared with the thermal performance of the elements in their original state. Thermal transmittances of all the elements are calculated using the THERM 7.6 and WINDOW 7.6 programs in accordance with the ISO 10077-1 and ISO 10077-2 standards. In the third part of the paper, an analysis of the results of the thermal response of building furniture for various measures is presented. In the end, on the basis of the overall thermal response analysis of windows/doors and cultural protection restrictions, I proposed the final set of measures for the energy renovation of fenestration elements as a part of the entire project of the renovation of Vila Zlatica.
