Analiza medsebojne povezanosti motoričnih spremenljivk mlajših kategorij v tekmovalnem alpskem smučanju : magistrsko delo

Z raziskovalno nalogo smo ugotavljali medsebojno povezanost motoričnih spremenljivk mlajših kategorij v tekmovalnem alpskem smučanju. Vzorec merjencev so predstavljale štiri tekmovalne kategorije starosti 12 in 13 let (U-14; mlajši dečki, mlajše deklice) ter 14 in 15 let (U-16; starejši dečki, starejše deklice). Vzorec merjencev je bil zajet v okviru meritev motoričnih spremenljivk na Fakulteti za šport (oktober 2016). V testiranje je bilo vključeno petnajst motoričnih spremenljivk. Obsežno testiranje za mlajše kategorije v alpskem smučanju, smo optimizirali z redukcijo spremenljivk, ki so v visoki medsebojni korelaciji. S pomočjo faktorske analize smo izračunali povezanost med posameznimi spremenljivkami. Ugotovitve kažejo, da so v enem faktorju med seboj visoko povezani motorični testi hitrosti, koordinacije in agilnosti, v drugem pa motorični testi ravnotežja. Niti v prvi niti v drugi faktor ne moremo uvrstiti testa skoka z nasprotnim gibanjem, saj le-ta ni dosegel zadostne obtežitve. Na podlagi rezultatov smo v bateriji testov obdržali motorične naloge, ki so skladno s predhodnimi raziskavami pomembne za uspešnost mladih alpskih smučarjev. Glavni cilj naloge je bila redukcija števila spremenljivk, ki so v visoki medsebojni korelaciji. V prihodnje bi bilo torej smiselno, da bi meritve mladih smučarjev temeljile na 10-ih spremenljivkah, ki sestavljajo tri glavne faktorje uspešnosti po tej raziskavi.

Izvleček

The goal of this research paper was to determine the interconnection of motoric variables of younger categories in competitive alpine skiing. The sample of measurements was four competition categories aged 12 and 13 (U-14, younger boys, younger girls) and 14 and 15 years (U-16, older boys, older girls). The sample of the measurements was captured within the measurements of motoric variables at the Faculty of Sport (October 2016). Testing included fifteen different motoric variables. The extensive testing for younger categories in the alpine skiing was optimized by reducing the variables that are in high mutual correlation. Using the factor analysis the correlation between the individual variables was calculated. The findings show that motoric speed tests, coordination and agility are highly connected in one factor, and in the second motoric balance tests. Neither in the first nor in the other the factor the jump test with the opposite movement can not be included, since it did not reach enough weight. On the basis of the results, we kept those motoric tasks in the set of tests which are in the accordance to the prior research and are relevant to the success of young alpine skiers. The main goal was to reduce the number of variables that are in high mutual correlation. In the future it would therefore make sense to measure young skiers based on 10 variables that are the three main success factors according to this study.
