Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen razvoj priprave za preverjanje tesnosti avtomobilskega ohišja luči od samega naročila priprave do izdelave in testiranja. Opisani so postopki konstruiranja, postopki testiranja priprave, izbira materialov in izdelava priprave z vso dokumentacijo. Zaradi raznolikih oblik ohišij smo testirali različne načine preverjanja tesnosti in različne materiale tesnil. Na podlagi oblike izdelka se je zasnovala konstrukcija, na kateri bomo preverjali tesnost izdelka. Po potrditvi konstrukcije smo izdelali delavniško dokumentacijo za sestavne dele, ki smo jih kasneje naročili pri orodjarju. Na koncu se je celotna priprava sestavila in testirala. Po testiranju smo opravili še modifikacije in spremembe za boljše delovanje priprave. Skozi celoten proces naloge so se izdelali obrazci in diagrami, ki prikazujejo potek izdelave priprave.

Title:Developing of tightness device for testing car’s light housing
Abstract:
This thesis presents the development of the testing device for car’s light housing from the order preparation to the manufacturing and testing. Mechanical design and device testing process, material selection and device manufacturing with all documentation are described. Due to the various shapes of housing, we used different methods to test the tightness and different sealing material. Based on the shape of the housing, we designed a construction, on which we tested our product. After design confirmation, we prepared technical documentation for each assembly part, which we then ordered from our local toolmaker. In the end, we assembled the device and tested it. Some optimization was needed after that to improve the performance of the device. We made forms throughout the whole process, which describe the device manufacturing.
