Most of the questions allowed choosing only one of the given answers, 4 questions were the type were the participants were able to choose more answers, some of the questions were Yes/No type. We analysed the completed questionnaires with the help of Excel program and compared the results to existing researches and defined the findings in this thesis. The results showed that 71% of the participants have already experienced back pain. 52% of the participants decided to attend the program to alleviate the pain in back area. 78% of the participants felt the improvement in flexibility after finishing the program.
