The thesis analyze different variants of rehabilitation elementary school Tomišelj in Ig. For the building we determined from previously made analyzes and reports structural characteristics and wear.
We determined the building necessary structural measures to consolidate it in sufficient extent so that it is suitable for use. We did a cost analysis of two cases of re-construction. The costs were estimated by using pice-lists that we have gained from companies and with the help of manuals.
We have defined three criteria, and assigned relevant parameters for them. Aesthetic, functional and environmental criteria specify at least three or more parameters. The weights are capped at the value of 10, and with them we describe the extent to which individual rehabilitation solution affects a single criterion. In special cases, we assign the negative weight. We developed a computer program that sums variants of measures and which
presents results in form of a table from which we can determine the most effective set of measures. The analysis was also carried out in the financial limitation of 50.000 €. In tabular form we wrote the result which most efficient set of measures reached, marked the selected measures, and determined the financial costs that this set represented.
