Subject of study are settlements Rečica, Nizka, Varpolje and part of Šentjanž. For these settlements, detailed conceptual design solution for discharge of wastewater and two different possibilities for wastewater treatment plants, which I have compared by the cost.
I analysed the following variants:
˘ the development of new small wastewater treatment plant in the size of 1.200 PE, east of the settlement of Spodnja Rečica close to the primary sewage Varpolje - Spodnja Rečica, and the renovation and expansion of existing wastewater treatment plant in Loke pri Mozirju,
˘ drainage of waste water to the primary side of an existing sewerage system Varpolje - Spodnja Rečica and continue on the existing sewerage system to the existing wastewater treatment plant in the Loke pri Mozirju, which is the reconstructed on size of the 6.000 PE.
In study are the procedures, the method of design and construction of a sewerage system. In particular there is shown hydraulic calculation of sewerage, the calculation of cost of the excavation of primary part of sewerage system and calculation of the cost of elements for wastewater treatment plant. In the final section of study there are calculated costs of constructing, operating and maintenance of water treatment plant. Based on the cost the most appropriate variant of wastewater treatment plant is chosen.
