Abstract
V prispevku so obravnavane mikrostrukture zlitin aluminija s silicijem po litju in vpliv laserskega utrjevanja s pretaljevanjem na spremembo mikrostrukture in trdote v modificirani površinski plasti. Naloga je bila usmerjena v spremljanje sprememb v tanki pretaljeni površinski plasti materiala obdelovanca glede na izbrane pogoje pretaljevanja. Po analizi materiala obdelovancev smo izvedli lasersko toplotno obdelavo z različnimi vnosi energije na njihovo površino. Parametre toplotne obdelave smo spremljali z različnimi močmi laserskega snopa, defokusnimi razdaljami leče in z različinimi hitrostmi pomika obdelovanca. Z izbanimi obdelovalnimi raazmerami smo na površini materiala zagotovili željeni vnos energije na površino obdelovanca, in sicer od 165 do 477 J/mm[na]2. Celostna analiza je omogočila dober vpogled v razmere pri laserski obdelavi aluminijevih zlitin in uspešno napovedovanje mikrostrukturnih sprememb v pretaljeni površinski plasti v različnih razmerah pretaljevanja.

Title:Surface integrity in laser remelting of silumins
Abstract:
In paper the microstructure of Al-Si alloys and the effects of laser surface melt-hardening on the microstructural changes and hardness of the remelted surface layer are presented and discussed. The changes in the thin remelted surface layer of the workpiece material in chosen heat treatment conditions were investigated. The heat treatment parameters were changed by varying the amount of power source, the lens defocusing distance and the workpiece travelling speed. By careful selection of the heat treatment conditions it was possible to obtain the desired amount of energy input into the workpiece surface between 165 to 477 J/mm[sup]2. The measurements provided sufficient data for a full description of microstructural changes in remelted surface layer in different laser heat treatment conditions for the selected aluminium alloys.
