In this thesis I will present the help desk support for the pharmacists in public pharmacies who use the software solution ProLIS. I am currently employed by a company Pronet, Kranj, d. o. o. that has developed the software ProLIS as a solution for the needs of pharmacies and pharmacists. It is one of the first companies that started developing software specifically for pharmacies.
In the beginning of this thesis I will describe the working environment of the pharmacies and enumerate connections among various subjects. Next I will define the software requirements for the use of this application. Later I will describe certain requirements in more detail by using data, process, architectural or structural model. In the end I will present my opinion on some software solutions regarding the pharmacists’ needs and enumerate some ideas for improving the process.
