Abstract
Magnetni Barkhausnov efekt je pojav, ki nastane med magnetenjem feromagnetnih mateialov. To je površinski pojav, povezan z gibanjem magnetnih domen v površinski plasti. Do Barkhausnovega šuma pride zaradi nenadnih sprememb pri magnetenju feromagnetnega materiala pod vplivom izmeničnega magnetnega polja. K tem spremembam prispevajo mikrostrukturne značilnosti, kot so: hladna deformacija, tradota, nečistoče, zaostale in obremenitvene napetosti. Opazovanje Barkhausnovega šuma v nadzorovanih razmerah podaja možnost za popis in vrednotenje dejanskega stanja materiala. Magnetni Barkhausnovi signali in močnostni spektri Barkhausnovih šumov so bili merjeni v konstrukcijskem jeklu z različnimi stopnjami hladne deformacije, od 5 do 60%.

Title:Description of various degrees of cold deformation structural steel based on Barkhausen noise
Abstract:
Magnetic Barkhausen effect is associated phenomena generated during the magnetisation of ferromaganetic materials. It is also surface phenomenon associated with the switching of magnetic domains within close surface region. Barkhausen noise is created by the abrupt changes in the magnetisation of materials under applied AC magnetising field. These changes are known to be affected by microstructural features such as the cold deformation, hardness and by the residual or applied stresses. Monitoring the Barkhausen noise under controlled conditions provides a means of evaluating the real state of mateial. Magnetic Barkhausen signals and power spectrum of the Barkhausen noise signal have been measured for a structural steel over a range of plastic deformation up to 60%.
