Temperaturna nestabilnost mikrostrukturnih sestavin v zlitinah Ag-Te in Ag-Se

Z raziskavami visokotemperaturne nestabilnosti mikrostrukture zlitin Ag - 1,2 at.% Se in Ag - 1,2 at.% Te smo določili kinetiko in aktivacijsko energijo rasti delcev intermetalne faze. V prispevku predstavljeni rezultati kažejo, da je rast delcev kontrolirana z volumsko difuzijo selena in telurja v srebru in da kvadrat polmera delcev s časom narašča linearno (▫$R^2$▫-t) pri vseh raziskanih tempeaturah.

Title:Phase instability in Ag-Te and Ag-Se alloys
In researching high-temperature phase instability in Ag-1,2 at.% Se and Ag-1,2at.% Te aloys the kinetic and activation energy of the growth of intermetallic particles were determined. The results presented in this paper show that paarticles grow by bulk diffusion controlled with the diffusivity of selenium and tellurium in silver. It was also found that particle radius follows ▫$R^2$▫-t relationship at all temperatures of the experiment.
