Lasersko čiščenje kot optodinamski proces

Abstract
Zadnji dve desetletji poteka razvoj nove tehnike čiščenja površin, čiščenje z laserskim žarkom. Za popolno razumevanje laserskega čiščenja in nadaljnji razvoj tehnike je treba raziskati in razumeti optodinamske procese pri osvetljevanju površine z laserskim žarkom. V tem članku želimo prikazati sistem za zaznavanje optodinamskih mehanizmov pri laserskem čiščenju. S primerjavo meritev analiziramo optodinamske pojave ter njihovo povezavo s potekom procesa. Na osnovi eksperimentalnega sistema predlagamo sistem za optodinamski nadzor, s katerim v realnem času spremljamo potek laserskega čiščenja.

Title:Laser cleaning as an optodynamic process
Abstract:
During last two decades a new technique for cleaning of surfaces has been developed. In order to understand and further improve this technique one should understand the optodynamic processes during the interaction of a laser beam with a surface. The aim of this article is to introduce a system for the detection of the optodynamic mechanisms of laser cleaning. With a comparison of measurements one can examine optodynamic mechanism and their relation with advance of process. In this article we will also present a method for online measuring of the optoacoustic signal during the laser-cleaning process. With an examination of this acoustic signal, one can follow the progress of the cleaning process and determine the relative cleanness of the surface.
