Abstract
V prispevku so podani rezultati DSC (diferenčne dinamične kalorimetrije) analize v predilnem jašku asimetrično ohlajanih PP vlaken. Raziskan je bil vpliv temperature oblikovanja ter asimetričnega ohlajanja na temperaturo tališča, stopnjo kristaliničnosti ter obliko talilnega vrha izdelanih filamentnih prej. Raziskava je pokazala, da imajo najvišjo temperaturo tališča filamentne preje, izdelane pri temperaturah oblikovanja od 220 do 260 oC , ter da se stopnja kristaliničnosti izdelanih filamentnih prej z višanjem temperature oblikovanja znižuje. Na podlagi rezultatov DSC analize lahko sklepamo, da se v postopku intenzivnega asimetričnega ohlajanja filamentnih prej v predilnem jašku oblikujejo filamentne preje z bilateralno strukturo. Različni nadmolekularni strukturi se vzdolž asimetrično ohlajenih filamentnih prej nahajata v konfiguraciji "stran ob stran".

Title:Thermal analyses of self-crimped polypropylene fibers
Abstract:
This paper presents DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry) analyses of asymmetrically quenched PP filament yarns. The influence of the spinning temperature and the asymmetrical cooling on the melting temperature, the crystallinity and the shape of the melting curve was investigated. The research was showed that the highest melting temperatures are detected at the filament yarns spun from 220 to 260 oC, and that the crystallinity is reduced at higher spinning temperature. The DSC analyses also confirmed the prediction that with the asymmetrical cooling of the filament yarns in the spin shaft filament yarns with a bilateral supermolecular structure are formed. This means that the crimped polypropylene yarns consist of two different supermolecular structures, which are arranged in side-by-side order along the yarn.
