Merilni pristop za optimizacijo ogrevanja jekel v kontinuirni peči

Abstract
Prikazani so rezultati meritev parametrov koračne peči za ogrevanje gredic. Po rekonstrukciji transporta gredic je valjarna lahko prešla iz režima ogrevanja s tremi pečmi na ogrevanje z eno samo. Za tako zahtevno nalogo je bilo treba posodobiti peč, v kateri se ogreva vložek za obe progi. Z dopolnjevanjem merilne regulacijske opreme in instalacijo računalniškega nadzora je bila izboljšana regulacija parametrov v posameznih conah peči pri normalnem obratovanju ter pri načrtovanih in nenačrtovanih zastojih valjanja. Vse kontrolne meritve pri preiskavi peči so bile izvajane brez motilnega vpliva na normalen potek obratovanja. Količino in oprijemljivost škaje smo analizirali z vzorci jekla, ki so potovali skupaj z gredico skozi peč. Tako je bilo mogoče optimirati razmernik zrak/plin v vsaki posamezni coni peči. Pri preiskavi smo uporabili visoko- in nizkotemperaturno kisikovo sondo ter analizatorje dimnega plina in mešanice zrak-plin. Meritve vsebnosti kisika in ▫$CO_2$▫ v dimnem plinu po conah peči so pokazale, da je bila pri minimalnem prebitku zraka v gorilnikih vsebnost kisika v vlažnem dimnem plinu od 1 do 2 %. Razmernik zraka v vseh conah peči smo nastavljali glede na rezultate analize dimnega plina. Pri tem je bilo pomembno, da je bil pritisk v izenačevalni coni nastavljen na vrednost 10 Pa. Pri tako nastavljenih razmerah v conah peči je bilo doseženo dobro odpadanje škaje. Odvisno od vrste jekla, temperaturnega profila in storilnosti peči so imele različne koncentracije kisika v peči močan vpliv na količino in lastnosti škaje.

Title:Measuring approach for optimisation of steel reheating in continuous furnace
Abstract:
The results of measurements on a walking-beam furnace for billet reheating are presented. After reconstruction of the billet transport system it was possible to change the existing operating practise with three furnaces to operate with only one furnace. For this purpose it was necessary to improve the measurement and control system and to install a new monitoring system. The optimisation of the parameters in individual zones of the furnace during normal production and scheduled or unscheduled delays were possible. All control measurements on the furnace were made without any disturbing influence on the furnace is normal operation. Using steel probes, which were transported with the billets, the amount and properties of the scale were analysed. The high- and low-temperature oxygen sensor and fuel-gas analysers were used. With a minimal excess of combustion air on a burner the oxygen content in exhaust gases was between 1 and 2 %. With this air/fuel ratio within all furnace zones and pressure in soak zone 10 Pa the scale fall off very easily. Depending on the steel quality, operating temperatures and throughput rate, the differences in oxygen concentrations have a significant influence on the quality, operating temperatures and throughput rate, the differences in oxygen concentrations have a significant influence on the amount and properties of the scale.
