Abstract
Diplomsko delo predstavlja analizo in predlog nadgradnje sistema za sledenje izdelkov v fazi proizvodnega procesa. Zaradi potrebe po uvedbi višje stopnje sledljivosti v proizvodnji sem zadolžen za raziskovanje tipov in metod označevanja, določitev vsebine kodnega zapisa ter implementacije sistema na obstoječe proizvodne naprave. Vsebina se deli na dva sklopa. Prvi sklop podrobneje navaja različne tipe oznak in pripadajoče načine označevanja le-teh na želeno površino. Temu pa sledi še izbor ustrezne kombinacije obeh, ki izpolnjuje vse postavljene zahteve v proizvodnji. Drugi sklop predstavlja dva možna načina za nadgradnjo obstoječega sistema sledenja. Za vsako izmed rešitev je definiran postopek vpeljave strojne in programske opreme. Nato sledi še predstavitev glavnih sistemskih izboljšav, ki jih prinaša sledljivost ter stroškovno ovrednotenje obeh vpeljav.

Title:Analysis of traceability in the production of printed circuit boards and a proposal for upgrading the system
Abstract:
This diploma presents an analysis and a proposal for upgrading the system for tracing products on production level. Due to the need to introduce a higher level of traceability in production I’m in charge of researching types and methods of marking, determine the content of code record and implementation of tracing system onto existing production devices. Content is divided in two parts. The first part contains a detailed explanation of different mark types and associated methods of marking to the desired surface. This is followed by a selection of appropriate combination, which meets all the requirements set in the production. The second part presents two possible ways to upgrade the existing traceability system. For each of the solutions there is a defined procedure of implementing the hardware and software. This is followed by a presentation of the main system improvements, brought by traceability and cost evaluation of both introductions.
