Abstract
S prvo sociološko raziskavo prehrambenih navad v Sloveniji smo obravnavali predvsem dejavnike, ki vplivajo na odnos do prehranjevnja v delovnem okolju. V prvem delu smo analizirali statitične podatke o organizaciji in razširjenosti prehranjevanja v delovnem okolju. V drugem delu pa smo raziskovali stališča in mnenja uporabnikov o organizaciji in kvaliteti prehranjevanja v delovnem okolju in deloma tudi bivalnem okolju, ki smo jih zbrali z anketetno raziskavo med uporabniki oz. potrošniki. V Sloveniji je organizirano prehranjevanje v delovnem okolju dokaj razširjeno, kvalitativno pa precej niha glede na panogo in velikost delovnih organizacij. Odnos uporabnikov do prehranjevanja v delovnem okolju je odvisen od kvalitete in organiziranosti prehranjevanja in tudi od splošnih prehrambenih navad potrošnikov. Navkljub razvitosti "družbene prehrane" stališča uporabnikov podlegajo številnim in močnim predsodkom. Glavna vrednost raziskave je v tem, da je povezano obravnavala organizacijske, tehnološke in sociološke vidike prehranjevanja na delovnem mestu.

Abstract:
The first sociological research of food habits in Slovenia analyses mostly factors, which influence the perception of social catering in working environment. The first part of the research analyses the statistical data i.e. the quantitative aspects of social catering. In the second part the public opinion survey data on attitudes and opinions about the organisation and quality of social catering are analysed and interpreted. In Slovenia the social catering is quite wide spread, but depending on sector of various qualities. The consumer's attitudes depend on quality and organisation and on general food habits of the consumers. Although the social catering is quite developed the attitudes depends also on numerous and rather strong presumptions. The essence of the research is connected analysis of organisational, technological and sociological aspects of food habits in working environment.
