Abstract
Namen raziskave je bil raziskati proces organizacijskega učenja (OU) in njegovo povezavo z uspešnostjo poslovanja (UP), ter ugotoviti, kateri indikatorji uspešnosti poslovanja so najbolj pomembni. V ta namen so bili pridobljeni podatki od 202 hrvaških podjetij, ki zaposlujejo več kot 50 ljudi.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to explore the process of organizational learning (OL) and its relation to organizational performance (OP). During the study they tried to define which organizational performance indicators are themost important. For this purpose data from 202 Croatian enterprises, which employ over 50 people were used.
