Obseg pridelave izbranih sadnih vrst v Sloveniji
Pridelava maline, robide, ameriške borovnice, aronije in kakija se povečuje v obeh načinih pridelave, vendar izraziteje v ekološki pridelavi. Pri malini, ameriški borovnici, kakiju, figi in kiviju prevladuje integrirana pridelava.
The aim of this thesis was to show the extent of the production areas of the selected fruits species (i.e. raspberry, blackberry, highbush blueberry, aronia, persimmon, fig, and kiwi) for the integrated and organic production systems in Slovenia in the last 10 years. The data used for analysis were provided by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food of the Republic of Slovenia, but for a shorter time period (i.e. from 2009 to 2015). The fixed base index and the growth rate index were calculated to show the trend in the production over a time period. Our results show that in the organic production the most widely cultivated among the selected fruit species was aronia (43 ha in 2015), followed by persimmon, highbush blueberry, raspberry, kiwi, fig and blackberry. In the integrated production, the most widely cultivated among the selected species was persimmon (40 ha 2015), followed by highbush blueberry, kiwi, aronia, raspberry, fig, and blackberry. The production of raspberry, blackberry, highbush blueberry, aronia, and persimmon is increasing in both organic and integrated production systems, with the increase being more noticeable in the organic production. Nonetheless, integrated production system is still dominating in the production of raspberry, highbush blueberry, persimmon, fig, and kiwi.
