Primerjava cevno-ploščnega in Roll bond uparjalnika v gospodinjskem hladilniku
Hladilnik je v gospodinjstvu naprava, ki ima eno največjih letnih rab električne energije, zato težimo k izboljšanju energetske učinkovitosti njegovih komponent. Obravnavali smo dve vrsti uparjalnika: cevno-ploščnega in Roll bond. Pri različnih temperaturah hladiva smo v stacionarnem stanju opazovali odveden toplotni tok iz uparjalnikov in ugotovili, da Roll bond odvede več toplote kot cevno-ploščni. S primerjavo meritev treh enakih uparjalnikov ene vrste smo ugotovili, da so odstopanja znotraj posamezne vrste majhna. Dokazali smo, da ventilator poveča prestop toplote med zrakom in notranjo plastično steno za okoli tretjino.
Refrigerator is a household appliance which has one of the largest annual electricity consumptions, therefore we aim to improve energy efficience of its components. Two types of evaporators were discussed: plate-tube and Roll bond. At steady state and different entry temperatures of refrigerant, heat flow from evaporators was observed. Results show that more heat was removed with Roll bond than with plate-tube evaporator. Comparing results of three evaporators of same type showed that the deviations between them are small. It was proven that a fan increases convective heat transfer between air and inner plastic wall by about a third.
