20.500.12556/RUL-176933 Slovenia political developments and data in 2024 : the rollercoaster of Slovenian politics Slovenian voters were asked to decide on several topics at consultative referenda in 2024 alongside the European Parliament (EP) election, all held in June. The year brought mixed feelings concerning the coalition government. These ranged from several changes in ministerial positions, quite low support for individual government parties at the EP election, entanglement in corruption(-risk) affairs, a confrontation with doctors being on strike and judges protesting, to victory at all four referenda and certain progress with the promised reforms. The whole of Slovenian politics at the end of a year became embroiled in a farce with respect to the referendum on expanding the Krško nuclear power plant that, after it was called, was later abandoned. Politics was clearly divided on the question of recognising Palestine, whereas the party arena saw the (announcement) establishment of several new parties. politics and governance political parties Slovenia politika in vladanje politične stranke Slovenija true false true Angleški jezik Slovenski jezik Članek v reviji 2025-12-15 14:47:16 2025-12-15 14:47:21 2026-02-12 12:08:33 0000-00-00 00:00:00 2025 0 0 Str. 565–580 iss. 1 Vol. 64 2025 0000-00-00 Zaloznikova Objavljeno NiDoloceno 0000-00-00 0000-00-00 0000-00-00 328:323(497.4)"2024" 2047-8844 10.1111/2047-8852.70001 238370051 Euro_J_Political_Res_Yrbk_-_2025_-_KRASOVEC_-_Slovenia__Political_Developments_and_Data_in_2024.pdf Euro_J_Political_Res_Yrbk_-_2025_-_KRASOVEC_-_Slovenia__Political_Developments_and_Data_in_2024.pdf 1 95398AAF8CE3662AB39A2E4D2E05241D aa98336b3861f95e8d5077f94a73b4895a913b05d4cdcd8293a356c5458cc0f2 cf5f5e00-d9bd-11f0-9328-0050569b8976 https://repozitorij.uni-lj.si/Dokument.php?lang=slv&id=223755 https://ejpr.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/2047-8852.70001 0 950c4afb-d9bc-11f0-9328-0050569b8976 https://repozitorij.uni-lj.si/Dokument.php?lang=slv&id=223754 Fakulteta za družbene vede 0 0 0
