20.500.12556/RUL-161934 Zasnova rešitve GIS za pregledovanje grafičnih in opisnih podatkov franciscejskega katastra magistrsko delo The ǂconcept of a web GIS for the presentation and analyses of Franciscan cadastral data master thesis Namen magistrske naloge je razviti spletno rešitev za pregledovanje arhivskih gradiv katastra, kjer se osredotočamo na podatke franciscejskega in reambulančnega katastra. Poleg izzivov priprave podatkov, vključno s položajnim usklajevanjem tako imenovanih otočnih kart in georeferenciranjem, je posebna pozornost namenjena razvoju spletne rešitve. V magistrski nalogi je na primeru izbranih osmih katastrskih občin predstavljena postavitev spletne strani za pregledovanje grafičnih in opisnih podatkov franciscejskega katastra ter grafičnih podatkov reambulančnega katastra. V uvodnem delu so navedeni primeri že obstoječih spletnih strani, kjer lahko dostopamo do določenih podatkov franciscejska katastra, izpostavljene so tudi njihove pomanjkljivosti. V nadaljevanju sledi predstavitev franciscejskega in reambulančnega katastra ter spletnih geografskih informacijskih sistemov (GIS). Temu sledi predstavitev študijskega območja ter podatkov in programske opreme, ki smo jih uporabili pri magistrski nalogi. Georeferenciranje originalnih katastrskih načrtov smo za izbrano katastrsko občino, katastrsko občino Sevnica (1379), izvedli na dva načina in na podlagi rezultatov izbrali primernejšega za našo nalogo. Izbrano metodo smo nato uporabili za georeferenciranje originalnih katastrskih načrtov za ostale katastrske občine študijskega območja. Posebna pozornost je namenjena opisu spletnih tehnologij ter postopku vzpostavitve spletnega GIS, kar vključuje tudi opis vzpostavitve strežnika in izdelave spletne strani za pregledovanje grafičnih in opisnih podatkov franciscejskega katastra ter grafičnih podatkov reambulančnega katastra. Pri nalogi smo uporabljali odprte rešitve in s tem pokazali, da lahko z relativno nizkimi stroški programske opreme vzpostavimo spletni GIS. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop a web solution for reviewing archival records of a cadastre, with a focus on the data of the Franciscean and reambulated cadastres. In addition to the challenges of data preparation, including the positional adjustment of so-called island maps and georeferencing, special attention is paid to the development of a web solution. In the master's thesis, on the example of eight selected cadastral municipalities, the layout of a website for reviewing the graphic and descriptive data of the Franciscan cadastre and the graphic data of the reambulated cadastre is presented. In the introductory part, examples of existing websites where we can access certain data of the Franciscean cadastre are given, and their shortcomings are also highlighted. A short introduction to the Franciscean and reambulated cadastres as well as the web geographic information systems (GIS) is followed by a presentation of the study area, and the data and software we used in the master's thesis. Georeferencing of the original cadastral maps for the selected cadastral municipality, the cadastral municipality of Sevnica (1379), was carried out in two ways and, based on the results, we selected the more suitable one for our thesis. The selected method was then used to georeference the original cadastral maps for other cadastral municipalities in the study area. Special attention is paid to the description of web technologies and the process of establishing a web GIS, which also includes the description of the establishment of a server and the creation of a website for reviewing the graphic and descriptive data of the Franciscean cadastre and the graphic data of the reambulated cadastre.
