20.500.12556/RUL-158832 ORGANIZACIJA DELOVNEGA PROCESA PRI UVOZU ZBIRNIH POŠILJK IZ LR KITAJSKE ORGANIZATION OF THE WORK PROCESS IN THE IMPORT OF COLLECTIVE CONSIGNMENTS FROM PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA Diplomska naloga "Organizacija delovnega procesa pri uvozu zbirnih pošiljk iz LR Kitajske" obravnava ključne vidike organizacije dela pri uvozu zbirnih pošiljk. V ospredju analize so pomen organizacije dela, dejavniki, ki vplivajo na organizacijo, organizacijske strukture, informacijski sistemi ter metode za izboljšanje organizacije dela. Naloga se osredotoča na pomembnost organizacije dela v procesu uvoza zbirnih pošiljk s Kitajske ter raziskuje dejavnike, ki vplivajo na učinkovitost in uspešnost tega procesa. S pregledom organizacijskih struktur se analizira različne pristope k organizaciji dela ter identificira najprimernejše modele za obravnavano področje. Poseben poudarek je namenjen informacijskim sistemom in metodam za izboljšanje organizacije dela, v tem okviru so podrobno predstavljene informacijske rešitve za izboljšanje delovnih procesov ter metod dela, ki se uporabljajo za optimizacijo organizacije dela pri uvozu zbirnih pošiljk iz LR Kitajske. Na koncu se predstavi delovni proces pri uvozu zbirnih pošiljk, kjer so opisani ključni koraki, postopki in izzivi, s katerimi se srečujejo organizacije v tem procesu, osrednje točke prispevajo k celovitemu razumevanju organizacije dela pri uvozu zbirnih pošiljk s Kitajske. The diploma thesis "Organization of the work process in the import of collective consignments from the Republic of China" deals with the key aspects of the organization of work in the import of collective consignments. At the forefront of the analysis are the importance of work organization, factors that influence organization, organizational structures, information systems and methods for improving work organization. The assignment focuses on the importance of work organization in the process of importing bulk shipments from China and investigates the factors that affect the efficiency and effectiveness of this process. Through the review of organizational structures, different approaches to the organization of work are analyzed and the most suitable models for the area under consideration are identified. Special emphasis is placed on information systems and methods for improving the organization of work. In this context, information solutions for improving work processes and work methods are presented in detail, which are used to optimize the organization of work when importing collective shipments from the Republic of China. Finally, the work process for the import of collective shipments is presented, where the key steps, procedures and challenges faced by organizations in this process are described.
