20.500.12556/RUL-147704 TEHNOLOŠKE PRILAGODITVE LOGISTIČNE VERIGE KONČNIH VOZIL NA ELEKTRIČNI POGON TECHNOLOGICAL ADAPTATIONS OF FINISHED VEHICLE LOGISTICS CHAIN FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES Električna končna vozila veljajo za izjemno priljubljen trend, ki spodbuja okolju prijazno mobilnost. Preden električna vozila postanejo prevozna sredstva, so tudi sama predmet prevoza, skladiščenja in drugih spremljajočih procesov. Materialni, informacijski in kapitalski tok, od trenutka, ko je vozilo komercializirano, do njegove izročitve končnemu kupcu, upravlja sistem logistike končnih vozil. Narava električnih vozil zahteva tehnološke prilagoditve vzdolž multimodalnih logističnih verig. Teoretični del magistrskega dela identificira izhodišča tehnoloških prilagoditev logistične verige, ki so posledica elektrifikacije končnih vozil. Obravnava vpliv avtomobilske industrije na svetovno gospodarstvo, analizira vzroke rasti prodaje električnih vozil in z njimi povezane trende ter logistiko končnih vozil umešča v celoten življenjski cikel električnih vozil. Pojasnjuje vpliv prisotnosti baterije na transportno-logistične procese ter potrebne prilagoditve zaradi višje teže in dimenzij električnih vozil. Spremembe tokov v verigi končnih vozil pripisuje makroekonomskim dejavnikom, ki vplivajo na avtomobilsko logistiko. Empirični del na temelju identificiranih izhodišč tehnoloških prilagoditev in opravljene raziskave analizira potrebne prilagoditve notranjih procesov deležnikov v verigi logistike končnih vozil in vrednoti elektrifikacijo končnih vozil kot vzrok za spremembe učinkovitosti vzdolž logističnih verig. Electric Vehicles (EVs) are widely recognized as a highly popular trend that promotes environmentally sustainable mobility. Prior to becoming means of transportation themselves, EVs undergo transportation, storage, and various accompanying processes. The management of material, information, and capital flow along the entire lifecycle of EVs, from their commercialization to delivery to end customers, is handled by the Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) system. The inherent characteristics of EVs necessitate technological adaptations throughout multimodal logistic chains. The theoretical segment of the master's thesis identifies the foundational principles for technological adaptations within the FVL chain, arising from the electrification of end vehicles. It encompasses an examination of the automotive industry's impact on the global economy, an analysis of the factors driving the surge in EV sales and associated trends, and an integration of FVL within the comprehensive life cycle of EVs. Furthermore, it elucidates the influence of battery presence on transport-logistic processes and the requisite adjustments owing to the increased weight and dimensions of EVs. Alterations in the flow of activities within the FVL chain are attributed to macroeconomic factors that exert an impact on automotive logistics. Drawing on the identified principles for technological adaptations and the conducted research, the empirical part of the thesis analyzes the necessary adjustments to internal processes by stakeholders involved in the FVL chain.
