Preizkuševalec avtomobilskih LED svetilk
Automotive LED lamps tester
Diplomska naloga opisuje proces zasnove in izdelave naprave »preizkuševalec avtomobilskih LED svetilk«.
V uvodnem delu so podane različne zahteve in vzroki za preizkušanje LED svetilk. Drugi del podaja osnovne informacije o LED svetilkah. Orisan je njen razvoj skozi čas, ter napovedi, ki jih lahko razberemo iz aktualnih trendov v avtomobilski industriji. Na kratko je predstavljen tudi tridimenzionalni pogled glavnih delov sodobnega LED žarometa. V nadaljevanju so opisane vrste napajanj, ki jih najdemo v današnjih avtomobilskih svetilkah. Opisane so topologije in značilnosti osnovnih DC-DC stikalnih pretvornikov.
V osrednjem delu je opisana zasnova preizkuševalca, ki je predstavljena z blokovno shemo in zastavljenimi cilji o delovanju naprave. Sledi opis izbranega gonilnika LED diod, uporabljenega integriranega vezja in delovanja Ćukovega pretvornika. Izhodni tok pretvornika je reguliran. V ta namen je izdelano merilno vezje z ojačevalnikom in ustreznim filtrom, ki signal posredujeta nadzorni enoti. Delovanje pretvornika nadzira razvojna tiskanina mikrokrmilnika STM32F429 z vgrajenim LCD zaslonom, ki omogoča nastavitev želene svetilnosti.
V zadnjem delu je opisan sestav dokončanega preizkuševalca ter njegova funkcionalnost.
The thesis deals with the development of tester for testing functions of automotive LED lamps.
At the beginning there are presented requirements and causes of LED lamps testing. In the second part we find out what LED lamp actually is. There is a short description of development over the time, estimations about the development in the future and actual trends in automotive industry. An exploded 3-D view gives us an explanation of some main part of the modern LED lamp. Continuing with the types of power supplying found in LED lamps nowadays, basic topologies and characteristics of DC-DC switching converters.
The structure of the tester is shown in the main part with a block diagram and end goals about the device functionality, followed by descriptions of LED driver, PCB which was used and operation of Ćuk converter. The output current of converter is regulated. For this cause measuring circuit board was made with amplifier and appropriate filter, which distributes the signal to the control unit. The operation of converter is controlled by development board STM32F429, with build in LCD screen, which allows different options of brightness.
In the last part there is a description of individual parts of end product and its functionality.
