Načrtovanje in izdelava elektronskih modulov za intervencijski alarmni sistem
Design and realization of electronic modules for the intervention alarm system
Diplomska naloga opisuje razvoj, izdelavo in meritev elektronskih modulov intervencijskega alarmnega sistema, namen katerega je prihraniti čas gasilcem v gasilskemu domu za hitro pripravo na nujno vožnjo. Prav tako prikaže tudi javno indikacijo, da se je izvedel klic na pomoč in beleži čas prisotnosti v gasilskem domu in intervenciji posameznega gasilca. Poleg razvoja, izdelave in meritve sta opisana tudi teorija in postopek izdelave elektronskih modulov, ki sistem sestavljajo.
Celoten sistem mora ustrezati določenim funkcionalnim in tehničnim zahtevam. Biti mora zanesljiv in kvaliteten, kar pri razvoju zahteva upoštevanje splošnih elektrotehniških navodil, predpisanih standardov in navodil iz podatkovnih listov za uporabljene električne elemente. Zahtevano je zanesljivo in neprekinjeno delovanje, zato moramo minimizirati možnost okvare.
Prvi del diplomskega dela opisuje elektronske komponente že razvitega poenostavljenega sistema in delovanje. Drugi del opisuje teorijo in delovanje posameznih modulov, ki nov sistem sestavljajo. V tretjem delu je opisan razvoj, meritve in izbiranje električnih elementov za posamezne module novega sistema.
Razlika med poenostavljenim in nadgrajenim sistemom je precejšnja. V primerjavi s poenostavljenim sistemom, nov sistem vsebuje več funkcionalnosti, je cenovno ugodnejši, fizično manjši, sestavljen iz profesionalnih in kompleksnejših elektronskih modulov. Sistem bo enostaven za uporabo in z uspešnim načrtovanjem in realizacijo elektronskih modulov zanj, bo ob vgradnji le tega gasilski dom bolje opremljen.
Diploma thesis describes development, construction and measurements of electronics modules for an advanced interventional alarm system, which purpose is to save firefighters’ preparation time in the fire station for a quick prepare for an emergency route. It also shows a public indication that an emergency call has been executed and notes time for each firefighter being attendant in the fire station or being at the intervention. Besides development, construction and measurements, the thesis includes description of theory and procedures of constructing all electronics modules, which are part of the system.
The whole system has to meet determined functionality and technical requirements, that’s why it has to be developed to be reliable, quality made, which requires complying with a general design rules, valid standards and instructions, written in the datasheet of the used electrical components. System will have to work reliably and continuously, it means that a failure rate should be minimized.
The first part of the diploma thesis describes already developed basic system, its electrical modules and performance. The second part of the diploma describes a theory and performance, while the third part explains a development and measurements of each module that is composing the new system.
Difference between the basic and advanced system is quite big. Comparing with basic system, the new one is cheapest, smaller, more professional, complex and provides more advanced functionality. The new system is going to be easy to use and by providing new functionalities the fire house is going to gain on its equipment.
