The Euroregion as an institutional technology for planning and managing the cross-border cooperationGasparini, Alberto (Avtor) The article is based on a new definition of Euroregion, considered in three sub-organizations. Each of them meets an objective. Therefore we have the Euroregion of the cross-border co-operation, the Euroregion of functional networks, the Euroregion of the macro-infrastructures.
