Laboratorij kulturne politike leta 2002 in danes: reminiscencaKramberger, Anton (Avtor) The report article is a reminiscence of an elaborated application to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Slovenia in the way this application was first largerly discussed and appreciated and then simply failed at the public tender, probably due to unresolved internal interest clashes among key public servants, which appeared along the way.
