In the first part - in chapters "Law and representations" and "Pragmatic law" - the author explains why the demands of gays and lesbians are directed toward the legal system and why the question of homosexuality is in fact the topic, concerning the discourse of human or civil rights and why only such a context leads to the resolving of second-class citizenship of the exual-sex pupulation.
