For that, he uses the concept of political stability, which is defined as a situation of developed democracy. From this basis he tries to capture the phenomenon of political stability in its widest sense. The model of political stability defined in this way contains three components: system persistence, inclusiveness and effectivenes. There is stressed a certain level of interconnectedness and interdependence of certain aspects of afore mentioned components.
